What about Internet connection with Modem TP Link TD 8817 via USB in Windows 7?
step by step :
1. USB plug and RJ45 UTP cable to a laptop / computer,
2. Find the Device Manager: Start> Control Panel> select the Hardware and Sound>select Device Manager
3. Right click the above listed and click "Scan For Hardware Changes". after it is detectedthat there is no hardware driver appears with a yellow exclamation mark,
4. Right click on the hardware that is a yellow exclamation point and click "Update Driver Software ..." wait until the process is complete.
